The dynamic that led to the adoption of a large number of international instruments relating to the environment demonstrates the interest that the international community attaches to the environment and pollution problems. Actually, International environmental law is as one of the main ways to deal the with the current ecological crisis. However, it consists essentially of treatments they are not applied or respected by the majority of the states; that results to the ineffectiveness of e International environmental law. In fact, tthis weakness is due to several factors: Structural deficiencies implementation of international environmental law, insufficient means for financing public environmental policies. Today, the effectiveness of international environmental law is considered as an urgent need to protect the environment from all dangers.
