الملخص
Victim-Offender mediation is a new legal mechanism to resolve criminal litigation. It was approved by the Algerian legislator in the Law on Child Protection issued on 07/15/2015. Mediation is based on negotiations between the child offender and his legal representative on one hand, the victim or his having rights on the other, and in the presence of the mediator whose mission is to bring the points of view of both parties to reach an agreement to end litigation and expire public action.
