Résumé

The objective of this article is to illustrate the SME’s importance in the Algerian economy, which is due to their ability to produce wealth and create employments. However, these enterprises confront several obstacles and constraints that hinder their development, particularly the financial ones; the Algerian SMEs reach weakly the extern financial methods mainly the bank credits. However, the Algerian state implemented support and help structures and programs to support the SMEs and reduce their financial difficulties.
