الملخص

تروم هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء حول نوع من أنواع التعليم المستحدث وهو التعليم الإلكتروني (التعليم عن بعد)، حيث يعد هذا النوع من التعليم خطة بديلة وموازية للتعليم العادي وطرائق تدريسه في ظل تفشي فيروس كورونا وتقليص أماكن التعلّم والتّعليم. فأصبح من السهولة بمكان اكتساب المتعلّمين المعرفة حتى ولو من منازلهم، كما سهل على المعلّم إلقاء الدروس والمحاضرات وتحديثها متى ما يشاء، وظهرت مصطلحات تكنولوجية هامة وشائعة تتعلّق بالتعليم الإلكتروني كمؤتمرات الفيديو، المؤتمرات الصّوتية، شبكة الإنترنت، البريد الإلكتروني وغيرها. ومن خلال ما سبق يتبادر إلى أذهاننا طرح التساؤلات التالية: ما مفهوم التعليم الإلكتروني؟ وماهي خصائصه وأهدافه؟ وماهي أهم ميزاته وتقنياته الفاعلة؟ وماهي معوقاته وأهم حلولها وسلبياته؟ Abstract: This research paper aims to shed light on a new type of education, which is e-learning (distance education), as this type of education is an alternative and parallel plan for regular education and its teaching methods in light of the outbreak of the Corona virus and the reduction of places for learning and teaching. It became easy for learners to acquire knowledge even from their homes, and it was also easy for the teacher to deliver lessons and lectures and update them whenever he wanted, as technological terms appeared related to e-learning such as video conferencing, audio conferencing, the Internet, e-mail and others.Through the foregoing, the following questions come to our minds: What is the concept of e-learning? What are its characteristics and objectives? What are its most important features and effective techniques ? What are its obstacles and the most important solutions and drawbacks?
