متطلبات ومعيقات تطبيق نظام التعليم الإلكتروني في المنظومة التعليمية الجزائرية

الملخص
يعتبر التعليم الإلكتروني ثمرة التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي الذي يشهده العالم، حيث فرض نفسه كأحد الطرق والأساليب الحديثة المستخدمة في التعليم خاصة في ظل انتشار جائحة كورونا؛ ليصبح بذلك ضرورة لابد منه في رفع كفاءة العملية التعليمية، هذا ما دفع بالمنظومة التعليمية الجزائرية إلى التفكير في تغيير وتجديد أنظمة التعليم التقليدي والسعي إلى تطبيق نظام التعليم الإلكتروني لضمان استمرارية عملية التعليم والتعلم، وجعلها أكثر فاعلية وكفاءة، بغية بناء جيل قادر على التعامل مع مفدردات العصر الجديدة. ومن هذا المنطلق تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان متطلبات ومعيقات تطبيق نظام التعليم الإلكتروني في المنظومة التعليمية الجزائرية، كما تسعى إلى اقتراح بعض الحلول التي ينبغي اتخاذها لتجاوز تلك المعيقات التي تحول دون التطبيق الفعلي والفعال للتعليم الإلكتروني. E-learning is the fruit of scientific and technological progress that the world is witnessing, as it has imposed itself as one of the modern methods and methods used in education, especially in light of the spread of the Corona pandemic; thus, it becomes a necessary necessity in raising the efficiency of the educational process. This is what prompted the Algerian educational system to think about changing and renewing traditional education systems and seeking to implement the e-learning system to ensure the continuity of the teaching and learning process, and make it more effective and efficient, in order to build a generation capable of dealing with the capabilities of the new era. From this point of view, the study aims to clarify the requirements and obstacles to the application of the e-learning system in the Algerian educational system; it also seeks to suggest some solutions that should be taken in overcoming those obstacles that prevent the actual and effective application of e-learning.
