ضرورة حماية حقوق الإنسان في العصر الرقمي

الملخص
تهدف دراسة موضوع ضرورة حماية حقوق الإنسان في العصر الرقمي إلى بيان المقصود من الحقوق الرقمية وخصائصها وأقسامها، وكذلك تبيان أهم صور انتهاكها وجانب من الجهود الدولية المبذولة لحمايتها وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي في سبيل التوصل إلى ذلك. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تم التوصل إلى نتائج مهمة من بينها أن حماية الحقوق الرقمية تتمركز بصفة أساسية حول الحق في الخصوصية الرقمية، إذ أوليت له الأهمية البالغة في الحماية على خلاف بقية الحقوق الرقمية وأن هذا يعود إلى سوء الاستخدام وضعف الإجراءات المرتبطة بممارسة هذا الحق في الفضاء الرقمي، لذلك يتوجب وضع الآليات الكافية لمراقبة وتتبع منتهكي الحق في الخصوصية الرقمية. Abstract: The objective of the study on the need to protect human rights in the digital age is to identify the meaning, characteristics and sections of digital rights, as well as the most important forms of their violation and part of the International efforts to protect them. The prescriptive and analytical approaches have been drawn upon to achieve this. Through this study, important findings have been reached, including that the protection of digital rights is essentially centered on the right to digital Privacy. Human rights ", as it was given the utmost importance in protecting against other digital rights and that this was due to misuse and Weak procedures associated with the exercise of this right to digital space, adequate mechanisms must therefore be put in place to monitor and track violations of the right to digital privacy.
