Abstract
Abstract: In front of the environment disturbances in which firms exercise, and in order to ensure their continuity and competitiveness, managers must reorient their interest towards organizational learning through the accumulation of knowledge. Through the study of the process of knowledge acquisition within International Joint Ventures from partners, we try, through an exploratory approach, to discern the determinants that may influence this process. We focus, in particular, on trust between partners that may have a significant effect on the process of knowledge acquisition and the above determinants. This research produces a set of propositions likely to be verified in future explanatory research الملخص: في مواجهة تغيرات البيئة التي تنشط فها المؤسسات، ومن أجل ضمان استمراريتها وقدرتها التنافسية، يجب على المسيرين توجيه اهتمامهم نحو التعلم التنظيمي والذي يسمح بتراكم المعرفة. من خلال دراسة عملية اكتساب المعرفة على مستوى المشاريع الدولية المشتركة (IJV)، نهدف، من خلال منهج استكشافي، إلى حصر المحددات التي يمكن أن تؤثر على هذه العملية. كما نركز، على وجه الخصوص، على الثقة بين الشركاء التي من المحتمل أن يكون لها تأثير كبير على عملية اكتساب المعرفة وعلى المحددات المذكورة أعلاه. ينتج هذا البحث مجموعة من المقترحات التي يمكن اختبارها في أبحاث مستقبلية.
