دور القيادة الإدارية في المحافظة على البيئة من خلال تجسيد المسؤولية الاجتماعية في ظل جائحة كورونا

الملخص
نهدف من خلال بحثنا هذا إلى إبراز الدور الهام للقيادات الإدارية بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية نحو تبني فلسفة المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وخاصة في ظل أزمة انتشار فيروس (COVID_19) في أغلب دول العالم. وقد ركزت دراستنا على البيئة وبشكل أساسي على سلوك المؤسسات الاقتصادية اتجاهها. وتناولت دراستنا أزمة جائحة كورونا التي اتسعت بشكل رهيب في السنوات الأخيرة لتحصد الكثير من الأرواح في معظم دول العالم. وقد توصلت دراستنا إلى عدة نتائج كان أبرزها وجود دور كبير يلعبه القائد بالمؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية مع مرؤوسيه في شكل فرق عمل لتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة، وتتزايد المسؤولية الاجتماعية لها اتجاه البيئة في ظل أزمة انتشار فيروس (كوفيد_19) المستجد. ومما أدلينا به من توصيات فنرى ضرورة تفعيل أكثر لدور المؤسسات العمومية الاقتصادية الجزائرية للمحافظة والاهتمام بالبيئة والمساهمة في تخفيف الآثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لأزمة جائحة كورونا على المجتمع الذي تنشط به. Through this research, we aim to highlight the very important role of administrative leaders in economic institutions in adopting the philosophy of social responsibility, especially with the crisis of the (COVID_19) pandemic in most countries of the world. In this study, we have focused on the environment and mainly on the behavior of economic institutions towards it. Our study focused on the crisis of the pandemic, which has increased considerably in recent years and has claimed so many lives in several countries around the world. Our study led to many results especially that of the presence of a major role that the leader plays in the public economic institution with his subordinates by forming work teams to achieve the objectives that the institution aims to achieve. The responsibility towards the environment increases in light of the continuously spreading pandemic. Among the recommendations we have made is the need to more activate the role of public economic institutions to preserve and care for the environment, as well as to help mitigate the economic and social effects of the pandemic on the society in which it is active.
