الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذا المقال دراسة واقع القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر ،ومدي قدرته بوضعيته الحالية على تحقيق التنمية الزراعية المستدامة بأبعادها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية، معتمدين في ذلك على البيانات، والمعطيات، والاحصائيات المتوفرة ،وتحليلها . وقد توصلنا من خلال تقديم إمكانيات وموارد القطاع الزراعي، واهم مؤشرات التنمية الزراعية المستدامة في الجزائر الي وجود فجوة كبيرة بين ما هو متاح لهذا القطاع من وفرة الموارد الطبيعية وتنوعها كالأراضي والمناخ، والمجهودات الكبيرة للدولة لتوفير الموارد المالية وغيرها من الموارد وبين الاهداف المحققة فهي ضعيفة وهزيلة مقارنة بهذه الإمكانيات، وهو ما يطرح تحديات كثيرة تدور حول كيفية الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد المتاحة لبلوغ اهداف لطالما سعت اليها الجزائر ولم تحققها الي الان كالاكتفاء الذاتي وكذلك تحسين مؤشرات التنمية الزراعية المستدامة . We aim through this article to study the reality of the agricultural sector in Algeria and the extent of its ability in its current situation to achieve sustainable agricultural development in its economic, social and environmental dimensions, relying on the available data, data and statistics and their analysis. By presenting the capabilities and resources of the agricultural sector and the most important indicators of sustainable agricultural development in Algeria, we have come to the conclusion that there is a large gap between what is available for this sector in terms of abundance and diversity of natural resources such as land and climate, and the great efforts of the state to provide financial and other resources, and between the achieved goals, which are weak and meager compared to these The possibilities, which poses many challenges revolving around how to make optimal use of the available resources to achieve goals that Algeria has long sought and has not achieved so far, such as self-sufficiency as well as improving indicators of sustainable agricultural development. Nous visons à travers cet article à étudier la réalité du secteur agricole en Algérie et l'étendue de sa capacité dans sa situation actuelle à réaliser un développement agricole durable dans ses dimensions économiques, sociales et environnementales, en s'appuyant sur les données, données et statistiques disponibles et leurs une analyse. En présentant les capacités et les ressources du secteur agricole et les indicateurs les plus importants du développement agricole durable en Algérie, nous sommes arrivés à la conclusion qu'il existe un écart important entre ce qui est disponible pour ce secteur en termes d'abond
