الملخص
تسلط هذه الورقة البحثية الضوء على مقومات المنهج الظاهري الذي عرف تطورا ملحوظا في بلاد الأندلس مع ابن حزم، والذي حمل على عاتقه تأسيس مبادئ دينية جديدة مناهضة لما كان عليه في السابق، تقوم على عدم التأويل والتقليد، والاكتفاء بالمعنى الظاهري للكلمة، مستعملا ترسانته المعرفية من علوم ومعارف، خاصة في علوم اللغة وأصول الفقه ومقارنة الأديان. Abstract: This research paper sheds light on the components of the apparent method that witnessed a remarkable development in the country of Andalusia with Ibn Hazm, who took it upon himself to establish new religious principles that contradict what it was in the past, on the basis of a deficiency. From interpretation and imitation, and contentment in the apparent meaning of the word, using his arsenal of knowledge from science and knowledge, especially in linguistics and principles of jurisprudence and comparative religion.
