الملخص
يشكل القرن الواحد والعشرين مرحلة حتمية لإعادة صياغة النظام الدولي الذي كانت تتصارع فيه القوى الكبرى على قيادة العالم من قبل، وانتقل هذا النظام من الثنائية إلى نظام الأحادية القطبية، والذي مثلت فيه الو.م.أ القوة العظمى الوحيدة المهيمنة على الساحة الدولية بعد سقوط الاتحاد السوفييتي غير أن محاولات تغيير النمط الأحادي للنظام الدولي ظهر مع رغبة روسيا في استعادة مكانتها ودورها في النظام الدولي، وإضعاف الهيمنة الأمريكية في مناطق نفوذها التقليدية ومنها الشرق الأوسط التي لطالما اعتبرت منطق; جيواستراتيجية لما لها من أهمية كبرى لدى القوى الكبرى، حيث أصبح لروسيا مصالح إستراتيجية تسعى إلى تنميتها وأهداف براغماتية تطمح إلى تحقيقها في منطقة الشرق الأوسط. The twenty-first century constitutes an inevitable stage to reformulate the international system in which the major powers were battling to lead the world before, and this system moved from bilateralism to the unipolar system, in which the USA represented the sole superpower dominating the international scene after the fall of the Union Soviet attempts to change the unilateral pattern of the international system appeared with Russia's desire to restore its position and role in the international system, and to weaken American hegemony in its traditional areas of influence, including the Middle East, which has always been considered a logic; Geostrategic because of its great importance to the major powers, as Russia has strategic interests that it seeks to develop and pragmatic goals that it aspires to achieve in the Middle East.
