الحق في المعلومة البيئية في التشريع الجزائري

الملخص
إن مشكل حماية البيئة مازال يشكل هاجسا لأفراد المجتمع ومؤسساته إذ يتعذر على هؤلاء حماية بيئتهم أو المشاركة الفعلية في ضمان التنمية المستدامة إلا من خلال تفعيل اليات ووسائل قانونية تضمن شراكتهم جميعا دون اقصاء أو تمييز، ابتداءً من مطالبتهم بحق الاعلام البيئي وممارستهم لحق الاطلاع على بيانات أي نشاط اقتصادي، وانتهاءً برفع دعاوى قضائية لمعالجة ما أصاب النظام البيئي من عطب أو خلل، من جراء مخالفة التشريعات الوطنية أو الدولية The problem of protecting the environment is still a concern for the members of society and its institutions, as it is impossible for them to protect their environment or to participate effectively in ensuring sustainable development, except by activating legal mechanisms and means that guarantee their partnership all without exclusion or discrimination, starting with their demand for the right to environmental media and their exercise of the right of access. On the data of any economic activity, and finally by filing lawsuits to address the damage or defect that has affected the ecosystem, as a result of violating national or international legislation.
