تأثير التكنولوجيا الرقمية على الحماية الدولية لحقوق لطفل

الملخص
لا يمكن لأحد إنكار أهمية التكنولوجيا الرقمية في حياتنا المعاصرة ،إذ أصبحت وسيلة اتصال وتواصل لما تقدمه من خدمات متعددة وبتكاليف اقل ما يقال عنها أنها بسيطة ،كما أن الأزمات الحالية كأزمة ''كوفيد19 '' فرضت الانضمام إليها والتعامل بها في شتى المجالات، ولم يكن الأطفال بعيدين عن ذلك بل اصبحوا الأكثر تفاعلا معها لما تحققه لهم من فرص للتعليم والترفيه ،وأمام عجز الآباء وعدم قدرتهم على مراقبة أولادهم والإشراف على استخدامهم لشبكة الانترنت ازدادت مخاطرها وتهديداتها لحقوقهم ولم يعد ما ابرم من اتفاقيات وسن من تشريعات كفيل للحد منها ؛بل لابد من اتخاذ تدابير أخرى تكون أكثر استجابة للتطورات الحاصلة واشد صرامة للحفاظ على حقوق الطفل في البيئة الرقمية. No one can deny the importance of digital technology in our modern life, as it has become a means of communication and connection, for the multiple services it provides and at costs that are least said to be simple, for example crises such as the “Covid 19” impose dealing with it in various fields, as it is shown Children have become the most interactive with it because of the opportunities it provides for education and entertainment, In the ther hand there are some dangers to excess use of digital technology as parent's inability to monitor and supervise their children use of the Internet, the risks and threats to their rights have increased, and the agreements and enactment of legislation are no longer capable of limiting them. Serious measures must be taken that are more responsive to developments and more stringent to preserve the rights of the child in the digital environment
