الملخص
تحولت شبكة الانترنت باختلاف مواقعها إلى منصة للشتائم والسب والقذف، وهي جرائم المستحدثة البالغة الخطورة لتأثيرها على سمعة وشرف وثقة واعتبار المجني عليهم، ونظرة الناس لهم ومكانتهم في المجتمع. هذا النوع من الجرائم طرح عدة تساؤلات وصعوبات من الناحیة القانونیة لدى القضاة ورجال القانون نضرا لقلة الأحكام القانونیة التي تنظمها، ونقص الاجتهادات القضائیة التي تعالج موضوعها، ولعدم وجود نصوص قانونية خاصة بها، الأمر الذي أدى إلى حدوث فراغ قانوني في ظل وجود نصوص تقلیدیة غیر كافیة لتطبیقها في أغلب الأحیان. Abstract: The Internet, with its various locations, has turned into a platform for insults and slander, which are very dangerous new crimes due to their impact on the reputation, honor, trust and consideration of the victims, and the people's perception of them and their position in society. This type of crime posed several questions and difficulties from the legal point of view to judges and jurists due to the lack of legal provisions that regulate them, the lack of judicial jurisprudence dealing with their subject matter, and the lack of legal texts pertaining to them, which led to a legal vacuum in light of the presence of insufficient traditional texts To be applied most often.
