المنظور الحضاري للنموذج المعرفي في قضايا التنمية السياسية .. دراسة في التحيز والإنفكاك

الملخص
يعالج البحث أحد أهم الإشكالات المعرفية المتصلة بخلفيات التحليل والتنظيرالسياسي وهي المتعلقة بالنموذج المعرفي، وما يثقله من حمولة فكرية وحضارية أثقلت العبء الأكاديمي على المحلل والباحث، كون أن البرادايم الغربي المتغلغل في الأبحاث والخلفيات والأراء و المواقف، أثر على كل المقدمات والنتائج. وهو ما أثر وضاعف من محدودية الرؤية التي تحملها التنمية السياسية في خارج الإطار الغربي، فقد أثرت على الأداء والبرامج والرؤى التي تهدف إلى تحقيق تنمية سياسية لها أثرها في بناء الدولة والسلطة والفرد في منطقتنا الحضارية مع استيعاب لكل الخيارات والاختلافات والخصوصية التي يمكنها أن تكون رافدا مهما في التمكين لتنمية سياسية نابعة وفعالة. Abstract The present research attempts to analyze one of the most important cognitive problems which is connected to the backgrounds of political analysis and theorizing. Being related to the cognitive model, the latter represents an intellectual and civilizational load that sheds its weighs on analysts’ and researchers’ academic burden. Given the fact that the western paradigm which permeates in research, backgrounds, opinions, and positions, it affected all premises and results. This; in fact, doubled the limited vision of political development outside the western framework, as it affected performance, programs, and visions that aim to achieve political development which have an impact on building the state, authority, and the individual in our civilized region, with an understanding of all options, differences, and privacy that can be an important tributary in enabling an effective, efficient, and developmental policy.
