الملخص

تعتبر مهنة الطب من أقدم المهن حيث تفرض على من يمارسها التمتع بأخلاق المهنة من اجل المحافظة على سلامة المريض وعلاجه من أمراضه ، خاصة في ظل التقدم العلمي الذي أدى إلى ارتباط الممارسة الطبية في كثير من التخصصات بأجهزة طبية مختلفة ومتطورة مما ساعد على ممارسة هاته المهنة في أماكن معينة سميت المستشفيات سواء أكانت عامة أو خاصة . إلا أن الطبيب بشر غير معصوم من ارتكاب الأخطاء الطبية وذلك لجملة من الأسباب المختلفة منها نقص الخبرة ، ارتكاب خطا في تحرير وصفة الدواء، .........ألخ من الأخطاء التي تؤثر على صحة المريض سواء كان ذلك على المدى القصير أم الطويل ، وهذا يثير غضب أهل المريض في حال اكتشاف هذا الخطأ ويدفعهم إلى الاعتداء على الطبيب واستعمال العنف معه دون اللجوء إلى السلطات المعنية بذلك وتقديم شكوى. وهذا ما دفعنا إلى طرح التساؤل التالي: هل للأخطاء الطبية علاقة بتعرض الطبيب للعنف من قبل أهل المريض؟ Abstract: The medical profession is one of the oldest professions, as it is imposed on those who practice it to enjoy the ethics of the profession in order to maintain the safety of the patient and treat his diseases, especially in light of the scientific progress that has led to the association of medical practice in many disciplines with different and advanced medical devices, which helped to practice this profession in Certain places called hospitals, whether public or private. However, the doctor is an infallible human being from committing medical errors, for a number of different reasons, including lack of experience, making a mistake in writing the prescription of the medicine, ………etc of mistakes that affect the patient’s health, whether that is in the short term or in the short term. This angers the patient’s family if this mistake is discovered and leads them to attack the doctor and use violence with him without resorting to the relevant authorities and submitting a complaint. This prompted us to ask the following question: Are medical errors related to the doctor's exposure to violence by the patient's family?
