الملخص

انتقل الحجاج من الآليات التي يتوفر عليها نوع معين من الخطابات، من خلال الاستمالة و الإقناع الخطابيين، إلى موضوع خاص قائم بذاته، و يتفاعل مع مجالات خاصة كذلك، كاللغويات، والفلسفة وفق آليات ومفاهيم إجرائية تسهم في ضبط معالمه وتحدد خصائصه ومفاهيمه هذا ما جاء في مقالنا الذي يروم البحث في الجهاز المفاهيمي للحجاج بالحق في ضوء المرجعية النهائية ومن خلال نظريات الحجاج العقلي وفق رؤيا نقدية فلسفية تسهم في إجلاء مكوناته وخصائصه وما يناط بالفاعلية والمرجعيات النهائية بشكل خاص. Al-Hajjaj moved from the mechanism in which a certain type of discourse is available, through rhetorical persuasion and persuasion, to a special topic that is self-contained, and interacts with special fields as well, such as linguistics and philosophy according to procedural mechanisms and concepts that contribute to controlling its features and defining its characteristics and concepts. This is what was stated in Our article, which aims to research the conceptual apparatus of the pilgrims by right in the light of the final reference and through the theories of the rational pilgrims according to a critical philosophical vision that contributes to the evacuation of its components and characteristics and what is entrusted with effectiveness and final references in particular.
