الرؤية السوسيوتربوية لمهنة التعليم وأدوار المعلم المتجددة في ظل توسع تكنولوجيا التعليم

الملخص
الملخص : كانت ولا تزال مهنة التعليم الركيزة الأساسية في تقدم الأمم والشعوب وفي تحقيق التنمية الشاملة في المجتمع، والفضل في ذلك يعود الى الدور الكبير الذي يقوم به القائم على مهنة التعليم وهو المعلم، خاصة في ظل المتغيرات العالمية الحاصلة والتطورات التكنولوجية والمعرفية التي يشهدها العالم، فبعدما كان دوره مجرد قناة لنقل المعارف والمعلومات وتلقينها للطلاب بشكل اجتراري، توسعت مهامه وأدواره وممارساته تبعا لذلك، فأصبح موجها ومرشدا ومبتكرا، ومخططا ومنفذا للعملية التعليمية، ومطورا لها، ومرافقا لطلابه في عملية الكشف والبحث عن المعرفة باستخدام التقنيات التكنولوجية المتطورة، وعالما نفسيا واجتماعيا يراعي احتياجات طلابه وفروقاتهم الفردية، كل هذه الأدوار وغيرها تتطلب منا اليوم تكاتف الجهود، والسهر على اعداده اعدادا صحيحا يؤهله للقيام بهذه المهنة العظيمة، حتى نرقى بمستوى جودة العملية التعليمية وضمان ممارسات صحية للفعل التربوي في مدارسنا ومؤسساتنا التعليمية، وحتى نتجنب اختلال هذا الدور لما له من اثار سلبية وخيمة على كل من الفرد والمجتمع وهذا ما تحرص الورقة على توضيحه ABSTRACT: the profession of education was and still is the main pillar in the progress of nations and peoples and in achieving comprehensive development in society, and the credit for this is due to the great role played by the one who is based in the profession of education, who is the teacher, especially in light of the global changes taking place and the technological and cognitive development that the was merely a channel for transferring theoretical knowledge and information and imparting it to students in a rudimentary manner ,its tasks ,roles and practices expanded accordingly, he became a guides, guide ,innovator, planner expanded accompanying his students in the process of detection and search for knowledge using a detection and search for detection and search for knowledge using a detection and search for knowledge using a detection and search for knowledge using advanced technological techniques , and a psychologist and social scientist who takes into account the needs of his students and their individual differences ,its All off these roles and others require us today to join efforts and ensure that he is properly prepared to carry out he level of the quality of the educational process and ensure healthy practices of educational action in our school and educational institutions, and in order to avoid disruption this role has dir. negative effects on both the individual and society, are this is what paper is keen to clarify.
