اثر الاستقرار الأمني على جذب وتفعيل العملية السياحة

الملخص
تعد السياحة اليوم أحد أهم القطاعات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في العالم حيث تلعب دورا بارزا في تنمية وتطوير البلدان، وقد ازدادت أهميتها كصناعة وحرفة من خلال وسائل الإعلام كافة، خصوصا بعد أن تم استحداث وزارات للسياحة في معظم دول العالم وافتتاح جامعات وكليات ومعاهد تقنية متخصصة بالسياحة والفندقة، وكذلك الانتشار الواسع للكتب والدراسات والبحوث العلمية التي تتعلق بالشؤون السياحية. هذا ما يجعل السياحة في مقدمة الصناعات العالمية وإذا كانت السياحة قد ساهمت بقوة في زيادة النمو الاقتصادي للدول المتقدمة. ولكي نسير نحن ضمن قطاع سياحي متقدم في دولنا على اعتبار أنها دولا نامية لابد من توفير الأمن والاستقرار الذي يشكل أحد أهم مرتكزات هذا القطاع فهما متلازمتان يتطلب وجود أحدهما وجود الآخر لذا أتت دراستنا للحديث على مدى تأثير الاستقرار الأمني في عملية جذب القطاع السياحي. Abstract: Tourism today is one of the most important economic and social sectors in the world that plays a prominent role in the development and development of countries. Its importance has increased as an industry and craft through all media, especially after ministries of tourism were created in most countries of the world and the opening of universities, colleges and technical institutes specialized in tourism and hotel, as well as the widespread spread of books, studies and scientific research related to tourism affairs. This is what makes tourism at the forefront of global industries, and if tourism has contributed strongly to increasing the economic growth of developed countries. We are moving towards an advanced tourist sector in our countries, as they are developing countries. Security and stability must be provided that constitutes one of the most important pillars One of them is the presence of the other, so our study came to talk about the impact of security stability in the process of attracting the tourism sector.
