الملخص
يشهد العالم اليوم أكبر تحديات له تتمثل في فيروس كورونا المستجد، هذا المرض، الذي صنفته منظمة الصحة العالمية بالوباء والجائحة ألحق أضرار وخيمة سواء من الناحية البشرية أو من الناحية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية، ومن أجل تفادي تفشي هذا الوباء إتخذت الدول والحكومات إجراءات كالحجر والغلق مما أدى إلى تدهور الإقتصاد العالمي ، الأمر الذي نتج عنه تضرر أرباب العمل الذين لجؤؤا الى إجراء التسريح العمالي في حق عمالهم دون النظر في مدى قانونية هذا الإجراء، مما ألحق الضرر الأكبر بالعمال و أسرهم وبالإقتصاد ، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى النظر في مدى مشروعية التسريحات العمالية خلال جائحة الكوفيد 19، ومدى علاقتها بالأسباب الإقتصادية الناتجة عن هذا المرض. Today, the world is witnessing its greatest challenges represented by the emerging corona virus, this disease, which the World Health Organization has classified as an epidemic and pandemic, has caused severe damage, whether in human terms or in terms of economic and social terms, and in order to avoid the outbreak of this epidemic, countries and governments have taken measures such as quarantine and closure, which led to Thedeterioration of the global economy, which resulted in damage to employers who resorted to the layoff procedure against their workers without considering the legality of this procedure, which caused the greatest harm to workers and their families and to the economy, and this study aims to look at the legality of layoffs during the Covid 19 pandemic. and its relationship to the economic causes resulting from this disease.
