Résumé
Cette étude aborde l’enseignement/apprentissage de la lecture dans le manuel scolaire algérien et plus précisément le manuel de français destiné à la 5ème année primaire. Le manuel qui concorde avec la 3ème année d’apprentissage de la langue française au cycle primaire reste le document unique de référence pour les acteurs du processus éducatif: l’enseignant et l’apprenant. L’article expose les aspects définitoires des deux concepts primordiaux particulièrement la lecture et le manuel d’une manière générale. On passe pour répondre à notre problématique à analyser l’apprentissage de la lecture à travers le contenu diversifié du manuel scolaire en s’appuyant sur une démarche analytique et par le biais d’une grille de critères choisis pour relier les variables de notre étude. This study addresses the teaching/learning of reading in the Algerian textbook and more specifically the French textbook intended for the 5th year of primary school. The manual which is consistent with the 3rd year of learning the French language in the primary cycle remains the single reference document for the actors of the educational process: the teacher and the learner. The article exposes the defining aspects of the two primordial concepts, particularly reading and the textbook in general. To answer our problem, we go on to analyze learning to read through the diversified content of the textbook, based on an analytical approach and through a grid of criteria chosen to link the variables of our study
