Résumé
Le chef de projet cherche souvent à identifier les méthodes qui aident à obtenir une meilleure performance de son projet. À titre de contribution à cet égard, cet article fait état d'un cadre conceptuel théorique qui illustre la relation entre la gestion des approvisionnements et la performance du projet, en reposant sur les étapes des approvisionnements telles que la panification, l’exécution et la clôture du projet afin de savoir quelle est la relation qui peut être existé entre chaque étape de l’approvisionnement et la performance du projet. Parallèlement, une démarche d'investigation a été adoptée pour éclairer la réalité de cette relation dans les projets de construction de la wilaya de Constantine. The project manager often seeks to identify methods that will help him get better performance from his project. As a contribution in this regard, this article reports a theoretical conceptual framework that illustrates the relationship between procurement management and project performance based on procurement stages such as planning, execution and the closure of the project in order to know what is the nature of relationship that may have existed between each stage of the procurement and the performance of the project. At the same time, an investigative process was adopted to shed light on the reality of this relationship in the construction projects of the city of Constantine.
