ضوابط التحقيق العلمية والقانونية عند بعض الجزائريين القدامى

الملخص
ملخص: لا يمكن لأيّة أمّة التّخلّي عن موروثها العلمي والفكري والأدبي لما يمثّله من تاريخها ونتاجها المعنوي. كما أنّ التراث عنوان الأمم والمبين عن هويتها. وقد ورثنا عن أسلافنا كنوزا لا تعدّ ولا تحصى. وجهد كثير من أبناء أمّتنا في نفض الغبار عنها وإخراجها إلى النور. وقد اختلف الناس حول التراث والذين اهتموا بإخراج إلى النور؛ فبعضهم يردّ الفضل فيه للمستشرقين ، وبعضهم يرى بأنّ الفضل كلّه لأبناء هذه الأمّة. فقد سبقوا المستشرقين في وضع قواعد التّحقيق وتميّزوا بها عن غيرهم. والباحث في التراث نفسه يجد كثيرا من هذه القواعد. وهذه الورقات البحثية تصب في إظهار ما كان من قواعد التّحقيق لدى القدامى خاصة الجزائريين منهم. وما مدى التزامهم بهذه القواعد من خلال نماذج متعدّدة وفي أزمنة مختلفة. إسهاما في إعطاء كل ذي حقّ حقّه. Abstract: No nation can give up its scientific, intellectual, and literary heritage because of its history and moral output. Heritage is also the title of nations and the indicator of their identities. We have inherited countless treasures from our ancestors. Many of our nation's sons have worked hard to dust it off and bring it to light. People differed about the heritage and those who were interested in bringing it to light; Some of them attribute the credit for it to the orientalists, while others believe that all the credit belongs to the sons of this nation since they preceded the orientalists in establishing the rules of investigation, distinguishing them from others. The researcher in the heritage finds many of these rules. This research paper aims to unveil the rules of investigation among the ancients, especially the Algerians among them. And the extent of their commitment to these rules through multiple models and at different times. Contributing to giving everyone his rights.
