قضايا المواطنة ودورها في تعزيز الأمن الهوياتي اللغوي والتنوع الثقافي في الجزائر

الملخص
تتميز مختلف شعوب العالم بثقافاتها وإرثها اللغوي المتنوع والذي تحتضنه دولة القانون بما يحفظ المرجعية التاريخية والحضارية لساكنة مختلف الوحدات السياسية عبر العالم. لكل شعب هوية خاصة في إطار دولة البناء المواطناتي وفقا للأطر الدستورية والقانونية، تحترم الفسيفساء السيسولوجية خدمة لهدف أسمى وهو خدمة الوطن، بعيدا عن أي إقصاء دوغمائي أو تمييز عنصري نحو تشكيل هوية وطنية جامعة والعيش تحت سقف وطن موحد لا يقبل التجزئة أو التمزق خصوصا في ظل التداعيات العولمية التي لطالما حاولت تقزيم الهويات في قالب نمطي واحد. تهدف دراستنا لتوضيح انعكاسات دولة المواطنة في إرساء ميكانيزمات الاندماج الوطني في الجزائر ومعالجة التنوع الثقافي والاعتزاز بالهوية الوطني في خضم شظايا المرحلة الاستعمارية خصوصا في شقها اللغوي. النتائج المتوقع التوصل لها إرساء دولة المواطنة في الجزائر، في إطار هوية وطنية شاملة وفق أسس مدسترة وقانونية، وتفعيلا لدور النخبوي الفاعل خدمة لصالح العام بما ينعكس على حسن استغلال التنوع الثقافي بإدارة عقلانية رشيدة وفاعلة.
