مستقبل الأمم المتحدة في ظل البدائل المحتملة للنظام الدولي Future Of The Un Organization In The Light Of The Potential Alternatives To The International System

الملخص

يتناول البحث مستقبل الأمم المتحدة في ظل البدائل المحتملة للنظام الدولي الذي برزت فيه الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية كقوة وحيدة مهيمنة على الساحة الدولية، متجاوزة في كثير من الحالات قواعد القانون الدولي، ومبادئ الأمم المتحدة، مما أدى إلى اهتزاز ثقة المجتمع الدولي بالعديد من المبادئ التي قامت عليها منظمة الأمم المتحدة، وأضحت تلك الخروق الجسيمة تشكل خطرا على السلم والأمن الدوليين، ونتيجة لذلك برزت إلى السطح عدة سيناريوهات محتملة حول مستقبل المنظمة الأممية. وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى أن أكثر السيناريوهات قبولا هو استمرار هيمنة الدول العظمى وفي مقدمتها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وأن إصلاح الأمم المتحدة يكاد يكون أمرا مستحيلا في الوضع الدولي . In this paper, we will deal with the future of the United Nations in the light of the potential alternatives to the international system, in which the United States of America (USA) has emerged as the only dominating force on the international stage. In many cases, the USA has broken the Rules of the International Law and Principles of the United Nations. Consequently, the International Community started losing trust and faith in many of the principles on which the United Nations was officially established. In fact, the serious breaches of the USA have become a threat to the international peace and security; and as a result, several possible scenarios have arisen regarding the future of the United Nations Organization.Through this paper, we have reached the fact that the most possible scenario is the continuation of the dominance of the superpowers, primarily the United States of America.
