الملخص

يحاول الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة الكشف عن مضمون الثورة في الشؤون العسكرية من خلال التركيز على دور نظم المعلومات العسكرية وتطبيقاتها التكنولوجية وانعكاس ذلك على مفهوم ومضمون الحروب الحديثة هذه الأخيرة أثرت بشكل كبير على صناعة الأسلحة والعتاد الحربي، كإدخال تكنولوجيات صغيرة على أسلحة ومنصات موجهة بدقة، والتي أوجدت تغيير كبير في سير الحرب التي تميزت باستخدام تكنولوجية المعلومات (التقنية المعلوماتية) على أساس القيادة والتحكم والاتصالات وأجهزة الكمبيوتر والروبوتات والاستخبارات ونظم الاستطلاع، والأقمار الصناعية وغيرها. أدت بذلك إلى تغييرات جوهرية في المفاهيم التشغيلية للحروب والمسائل المرتبطة بها كالحشد والعمليات والتكتيك وقواعد الاشتباك، ومدى تأثير ذلك على الإستراتيجيات العسكرية للجيوش وطرق تجهيز القوات المسلحة. The present study is an attempt to provide or uncover the content of the revolution in military affairs by focusing on the role of military information systems and their technological applications, and its reflection on the concept and content of these recent wars have greatly affected the manufacture of weapons and military equipment, such as the introduction of small technologies on weapons and precision- Which led to a major change in the conduct of the war characterized by the use of information technology (IT) on the basis of command and control, communications, computers, intelligence and surveillance systems, which led to fundamental changes in the operational concepts of wars.
