الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد التغيرات في زمن التحول، والتي ترافقت مع الثورة العلمية والمعلوماتية، التي تزامن العولمة وعصر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وكذا الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، والذكاء الاصطناعي، هذه العوامل التي أسهمت مجتمعة في خلق بيئة جديدة وقدمت في ذات الوقت الكثير من التقنيات والوسائل الكفيلة بتحسين التعليم والتحصيل العلمي بطرق ميسرة وسهلة وغير مكلفة ومريحة ومساعدة ومتناغمة مع روح العصر. لذا تطرح اشكالية هذه الدراسه العلاقة التشابكية بين التعليم بفروعه الرقمية المتعددة والإبداع والابتكار، ولتحقيق متطلبات الدراسة فقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق متطلبات البحث، وقد خلاصة نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن منظومة التعليم في الوطن العربي لم ترق بعد إلى نظيرتها الغربية والأسيوية ويتطلب الأمر المزيد من الجهد والعمل والانضباط والأفعال في الميدان بصدق لتحقيق بعض الانجازات في ميدان الإبداع والابتكار والتفاعل ايجابا مع الرقمنة عموما. The current study aims to monitor the changes in the time of transformation, which were accompanied by the scientific and information revolution simultaneous with globalization and the era of information and communication technology, as well as the fourth industrial revolution, and artificial intelligence. These factors collectively contributed to creating a new environment and at the same time provided many techniques and means to improve education and educational attainment in easy, cost efficient, comfortable, helpful and harmonious ways with the spirit of the age. Therefore, the problematic of this study raises the intertwined relationship between education with its multiple digital branches and creativity and innovation. To achieve the requirements of the study, we relied on the descriptive approach to achieve the requirements of the research. The study concluded that the education system in the Arab world has not yet lived up to its Western and Asian counterparts, and it requires more effort, and discipline to achieve some achievements in the field of creativity and innovation and to interact positively with digitization in general.
