الملخص
تعتبر الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص في المجال الصحي من الوسائل الميدانية لتحقيق التغطية الصحية الشاملة على أرض الواقع، من خلال توفير الخدمات الصحية بنوعية جيدة والأدوية بالكمية اللازمة دون تأثر المستفيد منها من مشاكل مالية. وفي الجزائر يساهم القطاع الصحي الخاص بشكل ملموس في تحقيق التغطية الصحية، من خلال مساهمته في توفير الخدمات الصحية بشكل واسع ومنتظم في كل المناطق والمستويات، وفي تمويل النفقات الصحية لكي لا يتأثر المستفيد منها. The partnership between the public and private sectors in the health field is considered one of the field means to achieve universal health coverage on the ground, by providing good quality health services and medicines in the necessary quantity without affecting the beneficiary from financial problems. In Algeria, the private health sector contributes significantly to achieving health coverage, through its contribution to the provision of health services on a large and regular basis in all regions and levels, in financing health expenditures, and in financing health expenditures so that the beneficiary is not affected.
