الملخص
الغرض من هذه الورقة البحثية هو معرفة العوامل التي تؤثر على علاوة الصرف الموازي في الجزائر، بعد التعرض لمختلف الأدبيات النظرية الخاصة بتطور العلاوة وطرق حسابها ومسبباتها، قمنا في الجانب التطبيقي بدارسة قياسية باستخدام السلاسل الزمنية السنوية خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 1970-2019، ذلك بالاعتماد على علاوة الصرف الموازي كمتغير تابع وسعر الصرف الرسمي وأسعار البترول وتحويلات المهاجرين للداخل كمتغيرات مستقلة، دلت النتائج على أن سعر الصرف الرسمي وسعر البترول لايؤثران في تغير علاوة الصرف الموازي، كما أن تحويلات المهاجرين يؤثر على العلاوة في المدى القصير . The purpose of this research paper is to know the factors that affect the parallel exchange premium in Algeria, after exposure to various theoretical literature on the development of the premium, methods of calculating it and its causes, in the practical side we conducted a standard study using annual time series during the period between 1970-2019, and that By adopting the parallel exchange premium as a dependent variable and the official exchange rate, oil prices, and migrants' internal remittances as independent variables, The results indicated that the official exchange rate and the oil price do not affect the change in the parallel exchange premium, and that immigrants' .remittances affect the premium in the short term
