الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة أثر الإدارة الرياضية في تحسين تسيير المنشآت الرياضية. والكشف على أهمية مساهمة الإدارة الرياضية في تحسين سير المنشأة الرياضية. والتعرف على مدى تأثير الإدارة الرياضية في تنويع التسيير داخل المنشأة الرياضية و استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لموضوع الدراسة ولتحقيق ذلك أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية تتكون من 30 إداري موزعين على إدارات المنشآت التالية: مركب 8 ماي 1954 بسطيف، مركب20اوت برج بوعريريج،المركب المتعدد الرياضات بالمسيلة وزع عليهم استبانة تضم 16 سؤال ومن أهم النتائج هي: التخطيط يلعب دورا مهما في تحسين تسيير المنشآت الرياضية والرقابة تعتبر وسيلة التي تستطيع بها السلطات الإدارية تسيير الأعمال The study aimed to know the impact of sports management in improving the management of sports facilities. And revealing the importance of the contribution of the sports administration in improving the functioning of the sports facility. And to identify the extent of the impact of sports management on diversifying the management within the sports facility The researcher used the descriptive analytical method for its relevance to the subject of the study. To achieve this, the study was conducted on a random sample consisting of 30 administrators distributed among the departments of the following establishments: Complex 8 May 1954 in Setif, Complex 20 out of Bordj Bou Arreridj, and the Multisports Complex in Msila. A questionnaire was distributed to them including 16 questions. The most important results are: Planning plays an important role in improving the management of sports facilities, and oversight is a means by which the administrative authorities can conduct business
