ضبط الألفاظ والمصطلحات في ضوء الكتاب والسنة

الملخص
صحيحٌ: لا مشاحة في الاصطلاح..، لكن الواقع العلمي يثبت أن قضية المصطلح أو دراسة المصطلحات، لهي من أهم القضايا العلمية وأدقّ المسائل المعرفية..، ذلك لأن بها تُعرف المعاني وتحدّد المقاصد وتتضح الدلالات، وأي عِوَج في تركيبة مصطلح ما من ناحيتة اللغوية واضطراب على مستوى بنيته اللفظية؛ قد تؤدي إلى معان بعيدة لا يقصدها المستعمِل ولا يدري عنها المتكلِّم شيئا. ونظرا لأهمية الموضوع وخطورة أمره وعلوَّ شأنه؛ فقد اعتنت شريعة الإسلام بضبط العبارات وبيان المصطلحات على أحسن وجه وأتمه، إذ ما من مصطلح في الكتاب والسنة أو في كلام العلماء الراسخين، إلا وهو قائم على أسس صحيحة: نقلا وعقلا؛ لغة وعرفا. ولذا رغبت في مباحثة وجيزة والقاء نظرة عابرة سريعة، حول الرؤية الشرعية في باب المصطلح وتداوله بين الأفراد، وهذا لانطواء موضوع الدراسة المصطلحية على العديد من القضايا والكثير من المسائل التي لا يسع المسلمَ الجهلُ بها. It is true: there is no confusion in the terminology.., but the scientific reality proves that the issue of the term or the study of terminology is one of the most important scientific issues and the most accurate cognitive issues.. because through it the meanings are known, the purposes are defined and the connotations become clear. at the level of its verbal structure; It may lead to distant meanings that the user does not intend and the speaker does not know anything about. In view of the importance of the subject and the seriousness and lofty position of it; The Sharia of Islam has taken care of controlling expressions and clarifying terminology in the best and most complete way, as there is no term in the Qur’an and Sunnah or in the words of well-established scholars, except that it is based on sound foundations: quotation and reason; language and custom. Therefore, I wanted to have a brief discussion and take a quick passing look, about the legal vision in the terminology section and its circulation among individuals, and this is because the subject of the terminological study involves many issues and many issues that a Muslim cannot be ignorant of.
