واقع استخدام معامل ألفا لتقدير معامل الثبات في الدراسات النفسية العربية دراسة مسحية على عينة من المذكرات والأطروحات ببعض البلدان العربية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أهم افتراضات معامل ألفا وعواقب انتهاكها، وفحص بعض الدراسات العربية المتمثلة في مذكرات ماجستير وأطروحات دكتوراه لمعرفة مدى تحقق الباحثين من هذه الافتراضات، وأخذها بعين الاعتبار في تقديرهم لمعامل ألفا. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 116 دراسة، 74 منها مذكرة ماجستير و42 أطروحة دكتوراه في علم النفس من تسعة دول عربية. لا توجد أي دراسة نفسية عربية تم التحقق فيها من افتراضات معامل ألفا قبل استخدامه لتقدير ثبات درجات الاختبارات المستخدمة، حتى تلك التي استخدمت التحليل العاملي. This study aimed at clarifying the most important assumptions of the coefficient alpha and the consequences of its violation, in addition examining some of the Arabic studies (master thesis and doctoral dissertations) to find out the extent of the researcher's realization of these assumptions and if they took them into account in their estimation of coefficient alpha. The study sample consisted of 116 studies, of which 74 were master thesis and 42 doctoral dissertations in psychology from nine Arab countries. None of the studies verified the assumptions of the coefficient alpha before using it to estimate the reliability of the test scores used, even those that used factor analysis.
