الملخص
الملخص: تسعى الجزائر إلى تحقيق مناخ إقتصادي أكتر ملائمة للإستثمار، ويظهر ذلك من خلال وضعها لسياسات تهدف إلى تشجيع وتنشيط الاستثمار، سواء تعلق الأمر بالاستثمار الدّاخلي أو الإستثمار الأجنبي، الأمر الذي يجعلها تنظم قوانينها بوضع ضمانات، وحوافز مالية لأكثر استقطاب للمشاريع الاستثمارية، ومن أجل الظفر بايجابيات هذا الاستثمار تحاول الجزائر جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، وذلك من خلال إتباع سياسات متنوعة، منها الإصلاحات التشريعية والاقتصادية المناسبة لدفع عجلة التنمية بالرّغم من العراقيل التي تحدًّ من جاذبيتها له، وهذا من أجل خلق مناخ ملائم للإستثمار وزرع الطمأنينة لدى المستثمرين. Abstract: Algeria seeks to achieve an economic climate more conducive to investment, and this appears through the development of policies aimed at encouraging and revitalizing investment, whether it is related to internal investment or foreign investment, which makes it regulate its laws by setting guarantees and financial incentives for the most attractive investment projects, and in order to gain advantages This investment Algeria is trying to attract foreign direct investment, by following a variety of policies, including legislative and economic reforms appropriate to advance development despite the obstacles that limit its attractiveness to it, and this is in order to create a favorable climate for investment and sow reassurance among investors.
