العلاقات العامة: مدخل لتحسين البيئة الداخلية للمنظمة.

الملخص
الملخص: حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة العلاقات العامة والدور الحيوي الذي يلعبه خبير العلاقات العامة في المنظمة من خلال النشاطات المختلفة التي يقوم بها على مستوى بيئة المنظمة الداخلية الخارجية، وأهمية وجودها الدائم في المنظمة، وكذا معرفة الدور المحوري الذي يلعبه المورد البشري في المنظمة وأهمية الاستثمار فيه، من أجل الوصول بهذا المورد البشري إلى الإيمان بفلسفة وسياسات المنظمة وجعله مدافعا ومؤيدا لها، مع ضرورة إيمان قيادة المنظمة بأهمية العلاقات العامة. وتوصلنا في النهاية إلى ضرورة وجود إدارة فعالة للعلاقات العامة تعمل على الاستثمار في المورد البشري للمنظمة، باعتباره أهم مورد لبناء واستقرار واستمرار ونجاح المنظمة. Abstract: Through this study, we tried to know the public relations and the vital role that the public relations expert plays in the organization through the various activities that he performs at the level of the organization’s internal and external environment, and the importance of its permanent presence in the organization, as well as knowing the pivotal role played by the human resource in the organization and the importance of investing in it, in order to reach this human resource to believe in the philosophy and policies of the organization and make it a defender and supporter of it, with the need for the organization’s leadership to believe in the importance of public relations. In the end, we came to the need for an effective public relations department that works to invest in the human resource of the organization, as it is the most important resource for building, stability, continuity and success of the organization.
