آليات حماية المرأة المعنفة

الملخص
رغم النداءات المتكررة والمحاولات الجادة لإعطاء المرأة حقوقها إلا أنها لا زالت تعاني العنف والاضطهاد والتمييز، فلم تستطع التخلص من العادات المترسخة والثقافات الموروثة رغم الحداثة والتطور الذي مس مختلف جوانب الحياة. فقد شكل العنف ضد المرأة أكبر مشكلة عالمية لارتباطه المباشر بانتهاك حقوق الإنسان وما له من انعكاسات على أمن واستقرار الدول، فكان السعي الحثيث لرفع الظلم عنها والعنف المرتكب في حقها ضرورة حتمية، بعد تنامي الوعي لدى الجميع وإدراك الدور الفعّال للمرأة في التنمية، لذلك يتعين وضع الأطر القانونية الكفيلة بحمايتها وترقيتها، وتوقيع الجزاء على من ينتهك حقوقها وحرياتها الأساسية لاسيما إصدار قانون خاص يتعلق بحماية المرأة عن طريق تجميع النصوص القانونية المتفرقة هنا وهناك ووضعها ضمن تشريع موحد يشكل ضمانة لحماية المرأة. Despite repeated calls and serious attempts to give women their rights, they still suffer violence, persecution and discrimination, she was unable to get rid of entrenched customs and inherited cultures, despite modernity and development that touched various aspects of life. Violence against women has constituted the biggest global problem because of its direct connection to the violation of human rights and its repercussions on the security and stability of states. The relentless endeavor to remove the injustice committed against her and the violence committed against her was an inevitable necessity, after the growing awareness among all and the realization of the effective role of women in development. Therefore, the legal frameworks that guarantee its protection and promotion must be established, and penalties should be imposed on those who violate their basic rights and freedoms. Especially the issuance of a special law related to the protection of women by compiling the scattered legal texts here and there and placing them within a unified legislation that constitutes a guarantee for the protection of women.
