Author’s Right And Copyright – Comparative Analysis –

Abstract

There are two major legal traditions in the world, common aw and civil law. The protection systems for works of the mind are thus influences by these different legal models. Author’s right includes all the prerogatives granted to the author of a work of the mind (writing, works of art, films…) which defined the legal system that we know in France.
