سياسات الحكومة في رفع دراجات الاستثمار المحلية و الدولية

الملخص
قامت الحكومة بمجموعة من الإصلاحات السياسية كبيرة لتحسين أوضاعها الاستثمار من أجل مواكبة العالم و دول الجوار، نظرا للأهمية المتزايدة للاستثمار كمصدر تمويل للدولة، فحاولت تحسين العوامل لرفع من الاستثمارات المحلية و الأجنبية من خلال تقديم تسهيلات والضمانات من أجل خلق مناصب شغل والنهوض بالاقتصاد وقد تعددت المفاهيم بالنسبة لسياسة الحكومة الجزائرية،وبالنظر إلى تعدد أشكالها نجد أن الدول تتبناها بغية تحقيق أهداف مسطرة، وبهذا انتهجت الدول مجموعة من الأساليب السياسية خاصة المتعلق بتعديل قانون الاستثمار،حيث سمحت للمستثمرين،إمكانية الاستفادة من بعض الإعفاءات،حيث تعمل بجهد كبير للالتزام بهذه التحفيزات من خلال قوانين المعمول بها.. The government carried out a set of major political reforms to improve its investment conditions in order to keep pace with the world and neighboring countries, given the increasing importance of investment as a source of financing for the state. It tried to improve factors to raise domestic and foreign investments by providing facilities and guarantees in order to create jobs and advance the economy. There were many concepts With regard to the policy of the Algerian government, and in view of the multiplicity of its forms, we find that countries adopt it in order to achieve established goals, and thus the countries have adopted a set of political methods, especially related to amending the investment law, as it allowed investors to benefit from some exemptions, as it works with great effort to comply with these incentives through Applicable Laws
