الملخص
نظرا لما تشكله الشركات التجارية من خطورة وما يمكن ان يترتب عليها من جرائم متعددة أقر المشرع الجزائري المسؤولية الجزائية للشركات التجارية وعمل على تنظيمها بموجب نصوص قانونية صريحة من جهة ، وإجتهد على تجسيدها في أرض الواقع من جهة اخرى سواء في صورتها الزجرية وحتى الردعية والتي تعكس إرادة المشرع الصادقة في محاربة الإجرام في مجال الأعمال عموما ومجال الشركات التجارية خصوصا. In view of the danger these commercial companies pose and the multiple crimes that may result from them, the Algerian legislator recognized the criminal responsibility of commercial companies and worked to regulate them according to explicit legal texts on the one hand, and strived to embody them on the ground on the other hand, whether in its injunctive or even deterrent form, which reflects The sincere will of the legislator to fight crime in the field of business in general and the field of commercial companies in particular.
