الملخص

الملخص باللغة العربية: في إطار المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات التجارية، وحرصا على خدمة المجتمع اتجهت الكثير من الشركات إلى وقف المال لصالح النفع العام سواء أسهما أو حصص نقدية أو عينية أو منفعة لصالح أعمال البر والخير، ذلك أن الوقف يضمن التنمية المستدامة للمجتمع لأنه يقوم على فكرة الحفاظ على المال وعدم التصرف فيه بالبيع أو الرهن أو أي تصرف ناقل للملكية لضمان ديمومة وتحقيق عوائد لمصلحة الجهة الموقوف عليها، وبالتالي ضمان استمرار المنافع والمساهمة في النهوض بالحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمجتمع بشكل مستدام. الكلمات المفتاحية: الشركات التجارية، الوقف، الحصص النقدية، الحصص العينية، المنافع، الدور الاجتماعي، الدور الاقتصادي. Abstract: Within the framework of the social responsibility of commercial companies, and in the interest of serving the community, many companies have tended to waqf money for the benefit of the public interest, whether in shares, cash or in-kind shares, or benefit in favor of charitable works, this is because the waqf guarantees the sustainable development of society because it is based on the idea of preserving money and not disposing of it by selling, mortgaging or any other transfer of ownership to ensure the sustainability and realization of returns for the benefit of the waqf party, thus ensuring the continuity of benefits and contributing to the advancement of the social and economic life of the community in a sustainable manner.
