الملخص
إن حرفة النسيج في منطقة الجلفة ضاربة في القدم بالقدر الذي عرفت فيه هذه المنطقة قدم التقلبات الحضارية، لذلك فإنه عند ذكر النسيج في منطقة الجلفة يتبادر لذهن الباحث ذلك المنتوج الذي تميزت به المنطقة عن غيرها من مناطق الوطن هذا إن لم نقل العالم بأسره ، ولذلك فقد ساهمت عدة أسباب في بقاء انتشار حرفة النسيج و محافظة أهاليها على هذه الحرفة مما أدى إلى المحافظة أو البقاء والاستمرارية لمزاولتها منها ما يتعلق بالطبيعة الإقليم ية للمنطقة ومنها ما يتعلق بارتباط حرفة النسيج بوجود حرف أو أنشطة اقتصادية أخرى.
