الملخص

نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى تحليل تلك المقتربات الفكرية التي حللت النقابة كحركة اجتماعية تتشارك وهاته الأخيرة في مجموعة من الأبعاد والخصائص التي تخص أساسا مؤثرات ومحركات الوعي الجمعي للأفراد، لأجل الدفاع عن الأهداف المشتركة انطلاقا من التنظيم المشترك، تبني نفس المنهج ونفس القضايا، إذ تعتبر النقابة واحدة من الحركات الاجتماعية على مر الزمن التي ساهمت في ترسيخ مفهوم الوعي الجماعي الذي يعتبر أساس تكوين وبنية الحركة الاجتماعية فيما يتعلق بتركيبتها البشرية، لذا نجد أن هذه المقتربات الفكرية تنوعت بين النظرة للنقابة كحركة اجتماعية من المنظور الجماهيري والتعبئة العددية لمواردها، بينما مقترب آخر نظر لها من خلال ما تدافع عنه من قضايا اجتماعية وثقافية، في حين وفق اتجاه آخر بين التيارين حيث نظر إلى النقابة من منظور السلوك الجماعي الذي يعد شرط في مأسسة الحركة الاجتماعية. Through this article, we aim to analyze those intellectual approaches that have analyzed the union as a social movement that shares a range of dimensions and characteristics that mainly concern the effects and engines of collective awareness of individuals, in order to defend common goals based on joint organizationadopt the same approach and the same issues. The union is one of the social movements over time that has contributed to the consolidation of the concept of collective awareness, which is the basis of the composition and structure of the social movement with regard to its human composition, so we find that these intellectual approaches varied between the view of the union as a social movement from a public perspective and the numerical mobilization of its resources, while another approach was seen through its defending social and cultural issues while in another direction between the two currents where the union was viewed from the perspective of collective behavior which is a condition in the institutionalization of the social movement
