الملخص
يتناول الملخص إحدى المدن الجزائرية العريقة التي كتبت اسمها على صفحات التاريخ الجزائري، ومضى ذكرها في عرض البلدان وطولها، إذ نافست مدنا عريقة زاهية كبلخ ودمشق والعراق. وهي دولة إباضية أسست بنيانها في المغرب الأوسط، وهي كذلك من الدول التي استقلت عن الدولة العباسية. وعرفت ازدهارا واسعا، غطى مجالات الحياة المختلفة علما، فكرا، فلسفة وعمرانا، وزادها موقعها الاستراتيجي حصانة ومنعة، كما أنها كانت أرضا خصبة كثيرة الخيرات كثيرة المياه، وأشتهر حكامها بالعلم والفقه، فأشاعوا الحريات ومبادئ التسامح، فكانت بذلك بلدا آمنا، يقصده الناس من كل حدب وصوب، حيث أمّها العلماء، الرحالة، الجغرافيون، المؤرخون وغيرهم، وكل سال لسانه تعبيرا عن جمالها، وكثرة خيراتها، و وفرة مياهها، وازدهار عمرانها. Abstract: The summary deals with one of the ancient Algerian cities whose name was written on the pages of Algerian history, and it was mentioned in the width and length of the countries, as it competed with the ancient and colorful cities of Kabalkh, Damascus and Iraq. It is an Ibadi state that established its structure in the central Maghreb, and it is also one of the countries that became independent from the Abbasid state. And it knew a wide prosperity, which covered the various fields of life in science, thought, philosophy and urbanization, and its strategic location increased its immunity and inviolability. It swayed towards and towards, where its mother was scholars, travelers, geographers, historians and others, and each spoke his tongue to express its beauty, its abundance of bounties, its abundance of water, and the prosperity of its construction.
