فاعلية الذات الإبداعية وعلاقتها بالتوافق المهني لدى العمال

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات الإبداعية والتوافق المهني في المؤسسات الحديثة التي تعمل على تحقيق مكانة وميزة تنافسية، وذلك من خلال قدرتها على جعل الفرد العامل متوافقا مع المهنة ومرنا نحو التغيرات المفاجئة، حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي بغرض فهم وتفسير العلاقة بين المتغيرين معتمدين في ذلك على بعض الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت الموضوع، كما تم استخدام الأسلوب الكيفي وذلك وفقا لطبيعة الدراسة، حيث توصلنا إلى أن فاعلية الذات الإبداعية تعزز التوافق المهني لدى الفرد العامل، ذلك أنها تجعله أكثر استقلالية فكريا كما تمنحه الشعور بتحقيق الذات وبالرضا في الوسط المهني، مما يجعله ذلك أكثر إقداما على تحمل المسؤوليات وأكثر اندفاعا نحو تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة. The study aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between creative self-efficacy and professional adjustment in modern institutions that work to achieve a prestige and competitive advantage, through their ability to make the working individual adjustment with the profession .and flexible towards sudden changes We used the descriptive approach in order to understand and explain the relationship between the two variables and we used some previous .studies that dealt with the subject, also we used the qualitative method according to the nature of the study We found that the effectiveness of the creative self-enhances the professional adjustment of the working individual, as it makes him more intellectually independent and gives him a sense of self-realization and satisfaction in the professional environment, this makes him more .willing to assume responsibilities and more motivated towards achieving the goals of the institution
