نظرة سالوستيوس للفساد السياسي في الجمهورية الرومانية من خلال كتابه حرب يوغرطة

الملخص
الملخص: نتناول في هذا المقال ظاهرة الفساد السياسي عند المؤرخ " سالوستيوس" (86 ق.م- 35ق.م)، المعاصر لأواخر هذه الفترة، من خلال كتاباته المتمثلة في مؤلفه " مؤامرة كاتيلينا " (De Conjouratione Catilinae) و حرب يوغرطة Bellum Iugurthinum))، هذا الأخير الذي جعلناه مصدرنا الرئيسي، إذ بعد تحليل و استنباط و استقراء معلوماته، تبين لنا أن المؤرخ كتب بأعين سياسية إلى جانب التاريخية، حيث اعتبر أن الانحطاط السياسي و الأخلاقي الذي عاشته الجمهورية الرومانية نتيجة لتراكمات سياسية، ونزاعات داخلية التي ظهرت منذ فترة طويلة، إلى جانب الدور الذي لعبته طبقة النبلاء في زيادة الطين بلة بأعمالها وتصرفاتها الغير مسؤلة تجاه المجتمع و الجمهورية، كما أبرز هذا المؤرخ و السياسي أهم مظاهر هذا الفساد والذي لخصناه في إشكالية الرشوة و الدور الذي لعبته في حرب الرومان مع الملك النوميدي يوغرطة ، وكذا تلك الصراعات الحزبية والعسكرية بين القواد التي أدت إلى انهيار الجمهورية، بالإضافة إلى جملة من المظاهر الأخلاقية التي تفشت في المجتمع. لذا يهدف البحث إلى إبراز الفساد السياسي الذي إنتشر في روما ونطرة سالوستيوس لهذا الفساد من خلال كتابه حرب يوغرطة . Abstract: In this article we discuss the phenomenon of political corruption of the historian "Salustius" (86 BC - 35 BC), contemporary until the end of this period. We used his book, The Jugurtha War, as our main source, because after analyzing, deducing and extrapolating his information, it became clear to us that the historian wrote with political eyes. Unhistorical, as he considered that the political and moral decline that the Roman Republic witnessed was the result of political accumulation and internal conflicts in Rome, along with the role played by the nobles in making matters worse through their irresponsible behavior and behavior towards society and the Republic, where this historian sheds light on the most important manifestations This corruption, which we summarized in the problem of bribery and the role it played in the Roman war with the Numidian king Jugurtha, as well as the partisan and military conflicts between the pimps that led to the collapse of the Republic, this research aims to shed light on the political corruption that spread in Rome and Salustius' view of it.
