الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تبيان دور جماعات الممارسة في توليد المعرفة، حيث تم القيام بدراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة فرتيال –عنابة- حيث تم توزيع استبيان ضم 42 سؤالا على عينة قدرت ب 80 مهندس داخل الورشات، وتم الاعتماد بالأساس على البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS من أجل تفريغ البيانات وتحليلها مع استخدام بعض الأساليب الإحصائية التي قادتنا الى التوصل لنتائج أقرت بوجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين جماعات الممارسة وتوليد المعرفة قدرت ب (0.726) وذلك من خلال الدور الذي تلعبه هذه الجماعات في خلق المعارف. In this study, we tried to show the role of communities of practice in the creation of knowledge, where we conducted a field study on the level of the enterprise « Fertial –Annaba », the distributed questionnaire included 42 question in addition to the personal information based on a sample of 80 engineers from the workshorps in order to dump and analyze data, SPSS program was sued as a tool in data collection and analysis with some statistical methods that led us to reach yhe conclusion that « there is a strong correlation between the communities of practice and the creation of knowledge estimated at (0.726) » through the role played by these communities of practice in creating knowledde.
