المشكلات التّدريسية لأساتذة التّعليم الثانوي وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات بدائرة راس العيون بولاية باتنة

الملخص
هدفت الدّراسة إلى لتعرّف على مشكلات التّدريس، وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات، لأساتذة التعليم الثانوي، بالمدارس الثانوية، ببلدية "رأس العيون"، بولاية "باتنة"، من وجهة نظر الأساتذة أنفسهم، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من ( 246 ) أستاذة وأستاذا، وعيّنتها ( 166) أستاذة وأستاذا; ولقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وأعدّ استبانة لجمع البيانات، وقام بالتأكد من صدقها وثباتها; وأظهرت نتائج الدّراسة: تحديد، وترتيب ( 10 ) مشكلات تدريسيّة، في مجال التّخطيط للدّروس، و( 10 ) مشكلات تدريسيّة، في مجال تنفيذ الدّروس، و( 10) مشكلات تدريسيّة، في مجال: تقويم كفاءات الطّلبة; كما كشفت النّتائج أنّ مجال تنفيذ الدّروس، يُشكل أعلى المشكلات التدريسية، من وجهة نظر عينة البحث، يليه مجال تخطيط الدروس، ثمّ، مجال تقويم كفاءات الطلبة، واتّضح أنّ أكبر مشكلة في مجال التخطيط للدّروس هي " كيفية اختيار، الطرق المناسبة، للتدريس، وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات "; أمّا أكبر مشكلتين، في مجال تنفيذ الدّروس فهما: ( كيفية استخدام، طرق تدريس، ملائمة، في ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات)، و( كيفيّة التّقديم الجيّد، للوضعيّات المشكلة );أمّا في مجال: تقويم كفايات الطلاب، فأكبر مشكلتين هما: (كيفيّة، بناء نماذج متنوعّة، ومناسبة، للتّقويم، في ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات )، و( كيفيّة بناء معايير التّصحيح، وسُلّم الدّرجات، للمتعلّمين وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات )، على التّوالي. The study aimed to identify the teaching problems according to the competency approach for secondary education teachers in secondary schools in Ras El-Ayoun municipality, in the wilaya of Batna from the teachers' own point of view. The study population consisted of (246) female and male professors, and (166) professors were appointed by the researcher. The researcher used the descriptive method using the survey method, prepared a questionnaire to collect data, and made sure of its validity and reliability. The results of the study showed identifying and arranging (10) teaching problems in the field of lesson planning, (10) teaching problems in the field of lesson implementation, and (10) teaching problems in the field of assessing students ’competencies. The results also revealed that the field of lesson implementation constitutes the highest Teaching problems From the point of view of the research sample, it is followed by the field of lesson planning, and then the field of evaluating students' competencies. And it became clear that the biggest problem in the field of lesson planning is: "How to choose1 the appropriate methods of teaching according to an approach to competencies ? " As for the two biggest problems in the field of implementing lessons, they are: (How to use appropriate teaching methods in light of the approach to competencies), and (How to present the problem situations well). As for the field of evaluating students' competencies, the two biggest problems are: (How to build diverse and appropriate models for evaluation in the light of the competencies approach ? ), and (How to build marking criteria and grading scales for learners according to the competencies approach ?) respectively.
