الحياة اليومية للأسرى المسيحيين في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني.

الملخص
بإنشاء مؤسسات الجديدة خاصة بالأسرى المسيحيين في إيالة الجزائر، والي تمثلت في السجون والمستشفيات والكنائس وكان الهدف من هذه المؤسسات هو الحفاظ على حياتهم في انتظار عمليات افتدائهم من قبل دولهم، فحين عالجت معظم المصادر وخاصة الأجنبية منها الموضوع بشيء من الذاتية، من خلال ظروف إقامتهم والأعمال التي كلفوا بها، والى العقوبات التي تعرض لها الأسير المسيحي. ولقد حاولت من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء حول حقيقة وضعية الأسرى المسيحيين من خلال التطرق إلى أماكن إقامتهم، وظروفهم من ناحية الأكل والملبس الخاص بهم، والعقوبات التي فرضت عليهم، وإلى وضعيتهم الدينية والصحية في إيالة الجزائر، حيث تعتبر وضعيتهم الأفضل خلال الفترة الحديثة. The establishment of new institutions for the Christian prisoners in the Eyalet of Algeria, which were represented in prisons, hospitals and churches, and the aim of these institutions was to preserve their lives while awaiting redemption by their countries, when most of the sources, especially foreign ones, dealt with the issue with some subjectivity, through the conditions of their residence and business that they were assigned, and to the punishments to which the Christian prisoner was subjected. Through this study, I tried to shed light on the reality of the situation of the Christian prisoners by addressing their places of residence, their conditions in terms of food and clothing, the penalties imposed on them, and their religious and health status in the province of Algeria, where their situation is considered the best during the modern period.
