آفاق التحول الرقمي في الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التحول الرقمي والذكاء الاصطناعي في الجزائر، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال استقراء ما وردفي الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع البحث، والمنهج التحليلي من خلال عرض وتحليل إحصائيات تشمل أهم مؤشرات الأداء الرقمي في فترة 2010-2021. رغم جعل تطوير تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال (وما ينتج عنه من تحول رقمي) في قائمة أولويات الحكومة الجزائرية، (حيث أنها ترمي من خلال هذا الإجراء إلى تشييد مجتمع معلومات شامل والارتقاء بالجزائر إلى اقتصاد قائم على العلم والمعرفة)، ورغم التحسن السنوي في هذه المؤشرات، إلا أنها لا تزال تتذيل الترتيب دوليا. This study aims to highlight digital transformation and artificial intelligence in Algeria, we used the descriptive analysis approach to review the literature and previous studies related to the subject, and the analytical approach by viewing and analyzing statistics including the most important digital performance indicators in 2010-2021. Despite the Algerian Government giving the development of information and communication technologies (and the resulting digital transformation) top priority (through this action, aiming to construct an inclusive information society and advance Algeria to a science and knowledge-based economy), and despite the annual improvement in these indicators, Algeria continue to occupy the last rankings in the world.
