صحافة الموبايل بين الحرية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية – دراسة وصفية -

الملخص
لا شك في أن ثورة المعلومات والإنترنت أوجدت فضاءً جديداً لحرية التعبير عن الرأي، وإن نمو عدد المواقع الإلكترونية هو دليل على صحة المجتمع ومؤشر على الوعي والاهتمام بالشأن العام. الإعلام الإلكتروني لم يساهم فقط في توسيع هامش الحرية الإعلامية والسياسية، بل أصبح منبراً للمواطنين ليعبروا عن آرائهم بحرية لم تكن متاحة في الإعلام التقليدي الرسمي وغير الرسمي. كل هذه الإيجابيات التي لا يستطيع أحد نكرانها، يجب أن تكون رصيداً لصحافة الموبايل، وإنجازاً للمجتمع بأكمله. ولكن مع هذه الإنجازات، لا ينكر أحد، أن بعض المواقع لا تلتزم بالأخلاق المهنية الرصينة، ولا بالموضوعية التي يقتضيها الإعلام والمجتمع. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على أهمية الالتزام الأخلاقي والاجتماعي الذي يجب أن تتوفر عليه صحافة الموبايل. There is no doubt that the information revolution and the Internet created a new space for freedom of expression, and the growth of the number of websites is evidence of the health of society and an indication of awareness and concern for public affairs. The electronic media has not only contributed to expanding the margin of media and political freedom, but has also become a platform for citizens to express their opinions freely that were not available in the traditional official and unofficial media. All these positives, which no one can deny, should be an asset to the mobile press, and an achievement for the entire community. However, with these achievements, no one will deny that some websites do not adhere to solid professional ethics, nor to the objectivity required by the media and society. This study came to highlight the importance of the moral and social commitment that mobile journalism must have.
