الملخص

ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي الى التعرف على أهم المعوقات التي تواجه المرأة المقاولة في الجزائر،و كذلك تسليط الضوء على الآليات الداعمة لترقية المقاولة النسوية بالجزائر وتحليلها. ومعرفة ما اذا كانت تساهم بشكل فعال في الحد من تلك العراقيل . كما خلصت هذه الدراسة الى أن تطور المقاولاتية النسوية لا يرتبط فقط بأداء هيئات وبرامج الدعم ، ولكن بمدى توفر روح و ثقافة المقاولاتية لدى المجتمع ، ولدى المرأة خاصة. abstract: This study aims mainly to identify the most important obstacles facing women entrepreneurs in Algeria, as well as to shed light on the mechanisms supporting the promotion and analysis of women entrepreneurship in Algeria. And find out if they contribute effectively in reducing those obstacles. This study also concluded that the development of women's entrepreneurship is not only related to the performance of support bodies and programs, but to the extent to which the spirit and culture of entrepreneurship is available in society, and in women in particular
